Harmonic Healing Frequencies
of Singing Bowls

Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies.

Albert Einstein

I suppose you could argue with that, but I'm not smart enough to argue with Einstein. And besides I believe this to be true.

This next few paragraphs are so well-said that I just want you to read them.

"Frequencies are like the heartbeat of the universe, the rhythmic patterns that define everything around us. Imagine plucking a guitar string—the vibrations it creates produce a sound, and that sound has a specific frequency. It’s the same with everything in our world, from the tiniest atom to the vast galaxies. Each object, organism, or even thought has its own unique frequency, its own distinct rhythm that sets it apart. These frequencies can be measured in hertz (Hz), which tells us how many cycles or vibrations occur per second. So, when we talk about everything having a frequency, we’re essentially referring to the subtle, invisible energies that make up the fabric of our existence.

Our bodies are like finely tuned instruments, sensitive to the frequencies that surround us. When we’re exposed to different frequencies, whether from music, nature, or even our thoughts, our bodies respond energetically. Think about how a peaceful melody can calm our minds or how the sound of crashing waves can invigorate our spirits. These frequencies interact with the energy centers in our bodies, known as chakras in some traditions, influencing our emotions, moods, and overall well-being. For instance, positive frequencies can uplift our spirits, boost our vitality, and promote a sense of harmony within us. On the other hand, negative frequencies, such as stress or discordant sounds, can disrupt our energetic balance, leading to feelings of anxiety, fatigue, or even physical discomfort. It’s like our bodies are constantly dancing to the rhythms of the world, absorbing and responding to the frequencies around us. Understanding this energetic interplay can empower us to seek out positive vibrations that support our health and vitality."

Singing bowls and other harmonic instruments help to reset the vibrations of your body and balance your Charkas. We live in a very busy and hectic world, where the demands come from multiple directions, and we often do not choose time for ourselves.

We offer two types of sessions to help readjust your body to it's own frequency. One is our Chakra Meditation. It is a guided meditation with singing bowls and other instruments to not only balance our Chakras but also to destress and relax your body giving it a well-deserve break.

Our other session is called Mourning Loss guided meditation. It is a guided meditation with singing bowls and other instruments. We are a race of deep feeling, sensitive individuals who often put on a shell of protection from all sorts of loss. In losing our loved ones we experience a whirlwind of connected emotions that are very complicated.

I have grown to recognize that loss comes in many forms, loss of a job, the loss of expectations in a relationship, so many losses and disappointments. We offer this space to heal those wounds.

Listen to the guided meditation on a comfortable cushioned mat and pillow. Feel the release of stress, feel the healing frequencies and renew yourself.
