Who's minding
your mind?

     Well, you of course, right? Maybe, but what if your thoughts are a congealed combination of other people's beliefs and your beliefs from when you were young? I don't know about you, but that thought scares me. Other people's beliefs formed my beliefs? My thoughts as a wide-eyed innocent little girl, experiencing life from a inexperienced view - formed my beliefs? Well, that's how we grow and learn, from watching others, learning from our "mistakes", and creating dialog in our heads that become the self-talk we listen to as adults.

     That's how we also build our foundation for our belief system, the core programming that quietly runs our undercurrent of emotions, rules our judgments, and influences our decisions.
     This entire concept fascinates me, this is one of the reasons I became a certified hypnotherapist. I want to help people move past those pre-programmed beliefs and find out what they really want.

     Let's explore it all together.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is a scientifically-proven state of deep relaxation and focused concentration. During a hypnotherapy session, a person  is guided through a process to induce a trance-like state (similar to when you are falling asleep) that helps them focus their minds, respond more readily to suggestions, and become deeply relaxed. Hypnotherapy utilizes heightened awareness allowing you to be more open
to suggestions to make
healthful changes. You are in control and can remember everything the entire time.
